If your Roomie has already been paired with a previous version of iTunes, our testing so far indicates you should be fine.

If however you attempt to pair for the very first time with iTunes 11, that wont work. That should be fixed in a future release of Roomie. Roomie 1.7 has been waiting in Apple's hands since late October, so we'll see when we schedule the release for iTunes 11 after 1.7 goes live which is presumably very soon.
