Hello,

I have a wifi to ir adapter configured with an iPad2 and an Itouch. The configuration sometimes loses fails to find the adapter. Happens more frequently on itouch but also sometimes oniPad setup. Unplugging the router seems to get everything working for a while.

Any advice?

Given that unplugging the router resolves the issue, this sounds like either a DHCP issue or a Wi-Fi reception issue. The first is addressed here:

Wi-Fi reception is a more complex issue that you would need to diagnose locally.
