Question 2012-11 · older version

Hello,

I recently installed a gc-100-12, denon 2313, comcast (cisco) cable box, vizio tv and apple tv. Everything is working fine except the IR control of the cisco box. Only when I hit the channel up or down button the ir freaks out and sends multiple commands to change the channel. I have tried all 3 versions of the IR code set provided by Roomie, but none of them seem to remedy the problem. Is there a way to slow down the ir pulse or make the control more reliable?

Thanks!

Sounds like your Retransmit Count may be too high on the device. Or just set the button not to repeat.

Thanks for the quick reply. The transmit count is set to 1 so I will try to set the button not to repeat.

Thanks!
