iPad remote sync

Is there a way to force sync the iCloud configuration similar to the way you can force sync HomeKit devices?

I worked several hours configuring a room on one of my iPads and the changes are not syncing to my other devices. The devices are up to date running ios 15.5.1. App version is 7.4 build 2408.

I don’t want to uninstall/reinstall the app before getting help here because I presume I would lose all my work.

As far as local changes, just make a backup.
