In short

When the screen dims automatically, obviously you touch it to wake it fully up again. — A member replied: “Hi, I have noticed that after roomie auto-dims if you touch the screen to 'un-dim' the remote and you happen to press a button while un-dimming, that button will action.”

When the screen dims automatically, obviously you touch it to wake it fully up again. In most apps, that initial touch is not passed to the app, but used only to awaken the screen again. In Roomie Remote, not only is the screen awakened, but the event is passed to the control underneath, which is not always desired. Can you modify the behavior to only awaken the screen?

Hi,

I have noticed that after roomie auto-dims if you touch the screen to 'un-dim' the remote and you happen to press a button while un-dimming, that button will action. Would be nice if you could touch anywhere on the screen to un-dim without worrying about the button actioning.
