In short

I have 2 DirecTV H Series boxes with Whole Home DVR setup. I am having the same issue with each box - the box does not p — Staff replied: “For some reason it does seem to be confusing how to get that to work on a DirecTV box. Other users have made it work however.”

I have 2 DirecTV H Series boxes with Whole Home DVR setup. I am having the same issue with each box - the box does not power up when I choose the Activity for it. I have to use the Vitual Remote power button after the Activity loads. I have noticed that the command 'power toggle' is listed in red where the others for that activity are listed in blue.
