Hi, I have the Roomie Service, I added my Cable provider in the Roomie settings, but no guide!. — Staff replied: “Once a guide is configured if you did it outside the normal setup flow in Settings, you just need to open the Activity itself while the Room is in Edit mode, and set the 'Opens Guide' setting to the guide you have config”

Hi,

I have the Roomie Service, I added my Cable provider in the Roomie settings, but no guide!. I just see the control of my setup box and no guide. What am I doing wrong? Do I have to config something special in order for it to appear?. Thanks for your help.

Once a guide is configured if you did it outside the normal setup flow in Settings, you just need to open the Activity itself while the Room is in Edit mode, and set the 'Opens Guide' setting to the guide you have configured.
