Question 2012-10 · older version

i just purchased a 2 more itach devices the ip2serial device and the wifi2serial device, i've got both setup on my network the ip2serial device is hooked up to my oppo95 bluray player and the wifi2serial is hooked up to my Panasonic pt-ae7000 projector, i have scanned and found the devices in roomie but when i try to test the devices basic features(power on) nothing happens. Is there some configuration that needs to be done with these devices, baudrate/flow control/parity before my devices will function?

Thanks

Serial has many factors involved that are outside of Roomie including the cable, the settings on the XX2SL, and more. We have a FAQ on the topic here:
