I have the Venset TS1000A tv lift with the ir module. I would like to control it's up and down action through Roomie. — Staff replied: “Rather than use iLearn which is from before Roomie 1.7, we now recommend using Roomie directly as it is much simpler and much less error prone.”

I have the Venset TS1000A tv lift with the ir module. I would like to control it's up and down action through Roomie. Has anyone created a roomie codes.plist file for this manufacturer.? I am using a Itach IP2IR device So I attempted to use the Ilearn program to capture the codes but they do not function When added as a device to Roomie. I am sure it's somthing I did and will continue to try,but I don't want to reinvent the wheel if its norequired.

Rather than use iLearn which is from before Roomie 1.7, we now recommend using Roomie directly as it is much simpler and much less error prone. Here are instructions for IR learning directly in Roomie:
