Hi,

I am trying to control a mediamatchbox (2) using Roomie, but so far with no success.

I have learnt all the commands, which seemed to work, but none of the codes seem to be recognised by the media player. I press a button, the code is 'sent' - item is shown in blue as successful on the ipad screen - but player does not respond.

I have tried increasing the retransmit count, but that does not solve the problem.

Have you tried flipping between the blaster and emitter or vice versa to rule out any positioning issues? Once you have learned codes, the normal FAQ would still apply:

Another route would be to contact support for the box in question and ask if they can email you official codes directly in which case you could bypass learned codes. Most likely though it sounds like it may be a reception issue per above.
