Hi,

I have a Uverse VIP 1200. When I change to a channel with repeating numbers - 772, 266, 11 - the repeating digit is ignore. ie - 772 is 72, 266 is 26, and 11 is 1. If I go to a channel with different numbers it changes just fine, ie 265, 13. Is there a way to change how fast Roomie send channel commands?

Thanks

Easily fixed. The Uverse boxes use the "Motorola VIP Series Cable" Set Top Box set.

The Switching Style should be set to Default.

The Switching Delay should be set to 500 ms.

Thank you.
