Hi - running into an issue that is likely no resolution for - but it seems like Tivo only allows one IP connection at a time. Not good if you have multiple Roomie remotes and/or other home automation solutions. Is anyone aware of a workaround?

I found a thread of someone creating a telnet proxy - should work well, but another moving part..

The port 31339 basic TiVo interface does allow just one connection. However, because Roomie doesn't connect to that except for a few seconds and does not keep it open, that is generally never noticed as an issue. Unless you're madly mashing buttons from two controllers simultaneously to the same TiVo, you wont generally encounter any conflicts.

Thank you.

Thanks for responding - I did test two roomie devices and saw that behavior - it does drop within a few secs. Issue was noticed because I use CQC which does keep a constant connection, concerned about other systems that I might use alongside roomie as well. Going to check with them and see about rewrites..
