That's a manufacturer specific number not useful in a generalized IR context. What you would need is either Pronto-style codes or, though this method can be extremely time consuming, you could also get raw IR formatting information such as used by MakeHex. Pronto codes will paste directly into Roomie whereas raw formatting info requires significant work on your part to translate, but it can be done whereas the number you give there is just not convertible.
