Hi My Panasonic TV P55VT50 works great with Roomie except the Aspect command. — Staff replied: “We have confirmed the proper command. Perhaps you're using the TV in a mode where that command does not do anything? It's not impossible that we're missing a command, but the ASPECT command does work on our test unit.”

Hi

My Panasonic TV P55VT50 works great with Roomie except the Aspect command. When I press the ASPECT button, nothing happens! It seems that a wrong IP command is sent to the TV.

We have confirmed the proper command. Perhaps you're using the TV in a mode where that command does not do anything? It's not impossible that we're missing a command, but the ASPECT command does work on our test unit.

When I use the original remote control or the official VIERA remote app from Panasonic in the same situation (mode), the Aspect menu appears on my TV!?
