I'm trying to add a DVR set top box from Comcast - Motorola RNG200N via IR control. I'm surprised not to see this model listed. I tried the Motorola DVR group, and while it shows the correct remote it doesn't work. Any suggestions?

I wouldn't think I would need to set this up manually for such a common device.

Thanks for your help!

The RNG series is Cisco and Pace. Manufacturers can be confusing in a few of those cases due to acquisitions and rebranding.

Thank you.

Thank you. It is odd since it has the Motorola logo right on the front of the device. But registering it as a Pace device did solve the problem - though there is no original remote like there was for the Motorola.
