Roomie remote can see my itunes server from the Synology NAS but not working. — Staff replied: “We are not that familiar with Synology, but not surprised that it doesn't work as we only support and test against the real iTunes. It is likely that we could diagnose what is wrong from the Collect Diagnostics feature.”

Roomie remote can see my itunes server from the Synology NAS but not working.

I added an Itunes server roomie device pointing to my NAS drive.... no issue.

If I press the play button , nothing appens?

We are not that familiar with Synology, but not surprised that it doesn't work as we only support and test against the real iTunes.

It is likely that we could diagnose what is wrong from the Collect Diagnostics feature. If you contact support, we'll collect the data from your system for that.
