Internet radio on Onkyo 609 not working correctly

In short

In zone 1 the arrow up/down won't scroll through presets. When selecting a radio preset it doesnt match what is programm — Staff replied: “This sounds better worked via support as we're going to need more information. This is probably related to the exact input name you're on. You can always switch the cursor codes to whatever set you'd like.”

In zone 1 the arrow up/down won't scroll through presets. When selecting a radio preset it doesnt match what is programmed in receiver. For example selecting preset 20 roomie selects preset 32?

Zone 2 feedback if or selecting either net or Internet stations doesn't function.

FYI the arrow keys work in zone 1 for scrolling through pandora stations but not Internet radio....

This sounds better worked via support as we're going to need more information. This is probably related to the exact input name you're on. You can always switch the cursor codes to whatever set you'd like. They're all there as you scroll down in the virtual remote of course, and the Remote Design is editable.
