I got my itach WF2IR the other day and set it up fine on my home network. It appears fine in the roomie app, but I was having trouble getting any devices to respond to commands. At first I thought it was an issue with the IR codes, but having experimented with it, I found that I have to hold the IR blaster about 20cm from whatever device I'm trying to control. it's set up as per the instructions (ie blaster in port 3), is this normal or am I doing something wrong?

The setting on the iTach is what increases the power enough to turn 20" into 20'.
