In short

I have a Nuvo Essentia 6 zone whole home audio system and Audio Authority Avatrix 6x7 video matrix both hooked into a Au — Staff replied: “You could almost certainly send such commands from Roomie using our DDK: Feedback and interpretation thereof could require code changes, we're not sure what you're looking to do.”

I have a Nuvo Essentia 6 zone whole home audio system and Audio Authority Avatrix 6x7 video matrix both hooked into a Aurora Multimedia WACI NX+ Jr. Via RS-232. The WACI only supports URI encoded RPC style calls via HTTP. My question is can Roomie's feedback related commands read from the HTTP body returned from a POST or is that for TCP only?

Thanks!

You could almost certainly send such commands from Roomie using our DDK:

Feedback and interpretation thereof could require code changes, we're not sure what you're looking to do. In any case, sending the commands should be quite possible as HTTP is supported and we support many different RPC mechanisms through that.
