What is the empty box that appears under the directional pad on the remote? even when I turn off all sections, it's there. Can I get rid of it somehow? does it have some purpose?

What device are you using? That often happens for instance with misconfigured DirecTV boxes that don't have Whole Home turned on. If the feedback section appears, it should have feedback in it unless there's something misconfigured.

This is using the XBMC JSON config for Plex. Everything works fine but that empty box is annoying as space is already pretty limited on the iPhone. tried reconfiguring from scratch a couple of times but get same result. Ideas?
