Question 2012-05 · older version

If I make the investment in the additional APP upgrades and IR device will I be able to control my IR TV's volume with the DirecTV remote? I hate switching virtual remotes.

That is one piece that drives me insane. No volume control. I don't always run everything through my receiver. Yes, I could spend another $1500 on an IP based TV but I just can't seem to convince that wife that is worth it to solve the volume control issue.

Great app!

Thanks!

Chris
