And, Yes!Adding it manually as if it were a FireTV Stick worked.

Now I just need to figure out how to add some of the custom buttons.

Doing a little more exploring, it seems the TiVo Stream4K also supports the Android TV remote control interface. Roomie currently uses the ADB Shell interface for FireTV and NVidia Shield. But the remote interface is much more responsive. Google provides an Android TV remote app for both Android and iOS devices called simply "Android TV" that demonstrates this.

Does Roomie use that interface for any other Android TV devices (like actual TVs)?
