I just saw Elgato released the Eve for HomeKit, I'm wondering if anyone has used something similar in SimpleControl? I d — Staff replied: “Best solution is to wait for Simple Control 5 which has extensive HomeKit integration. That will be a much better path than trying to find a secondary protocol to talk to that device.”

I just saw Elgato released the Eve for HomeKit, I'm wondering if anyone has used something similar in SimpleControl?

I don't have the ability to use Nest in my building (thru the wall ACs and central heating) but I would like to monitor my environment, especially while I'm away.

Can anyone shed some light on this?

Best solution is to wait for Simple Control 5 which has extensive HomeKit integration. That will be a much better path than trying to find a secondary protocol to talk to that device.
