I have chosen Sony All models and very few buttons work, such as volume up/down and channel up/down. — Staff replied: “Sony TVs need a Retransmit Count of at least 2, sometimes even higher. We have an IR diagnosis FAQ here with additional tips:”

I've tried to increase the re-transmit count, but since the volume buttons are working I suspect something is wrong with the codes.
This evening it does seem somewhat better. I'm trying repeat counts 2 and 3, but none of the two are perfect. Like for changing volume... you can see that it jumps 1-3 steps for every 'click'. On the other hand, if I don't use repeats I won't get mute or other features working...
