Generally we service the list based on quantity of requests. (Most requests are submitted directly, not on forums.) Especially for only two codes, you could probably add those in 20 minutes rather than wait for that though.

Okay, but, I have tried to go through the process with the device dev kit and adding codes but I just don't understand how to make it work.
