I just purchased Roomie and the Home Theatre pack for my in-laws new house. — Staff replied: “We don't see that model on our list so we're not sure it has IP control, but if it is compatible then you would add that via Manual IP on port 10002 per the compatibility list:”

I just purchased Roomie and the Home Theatre pack for my in-laws new house.

I have everything working except the power on the TV. I have it configured wireless and tried configuring Roomie with the manual IP and the port number listed here but still no go.

Any suggestions?

We don't see that model on our list so we're not sure it has IP control, but if it is compatible then you would add that via Manual IP on port 10002 per the compatibility list:
