Remote After system is off

Is there a way to show a remote after i press the "System Off" button? Sometimes I like to turn off my system but i always want to be able to control my lights. In every activity i have added custom buttons that control it except when i turn the system off no remote is shown.

You could always add Activity buttons for the lights. Then the commands go into the Start Commands list and they're always available regardless of Activity. You can turn off Automatic Commands and set Opens Remote to None for that so it doesn't have to interact with your normal Activities whether they are active or in the off state. There is not a way to show a remote for System Off.
