I have a Philips Blu Ray HTS. I am having the following problem:

All I have for power is Power Toggle. Powering on the device fails 100% of the time. Powering off the device succeeds 100% of the time. Needless to say, it works 100% of the time with the original remote. What do I do?

If you just bring up the Test Remote, does Power Toggle work to power on from that?

Assuming that is the case, the issue is that you're sending other commands in rapid sequence and confusing infrared devices such as that one unable to interpret the speed of the commands. To resolve that, just increase the delays on the commands in that Start Commands list.

Thank you.

It works from the test remote as I stated above - ON 100% failure, OFF 100% success.
