In short

The device list groups all PT-AE projectors together. My old 3000 and new 8000 have three HDMI inputs, although the remo — Staff replied: “The infrared set for Panasonic projectors has INPUT HDMI. Meanwhile, the serial set has discrete INPUT HDMI commands for 1 - 3.”

The device list groups all PT-AE projectors together. My old 3000 and new 8000 have three HDMI inputs, although the remote only has an INPUT SELECT button that requires sequencing through all inputs to get to the one you want. The serial control has discrete commands for each of the three HDMI ports (IIS HD1/HD2/HD3).

Do you know if the 8000 supports discrete HDMI in commands (in addition to the discrete input type commands it looks like roomie already supports)?
