I like using my iPhone's side-buttons to control volume ("override volume"). But opening the Roomie app when this option is enabled immediately stops my Airplay streams. After guessing at where I want the volume set, I must therefore re-open the other app (e.g., Pandora) to re-start the stream. Is there a way to keep this from happening? Or perhaps I am simply overlooking something?

The Override Volume feature essentially turns Roomie into a controller for the volume of the device. This means that if you were to need use the iOS volume control for some other purpose simultaneously like say Pandora streaming to some other device from your iOS device, that feature would conflict with the Override Volume feature and you would need to turn off Roomie's Override Volume feature to avoid that.
