Hey all. I am brand new to Roomie; attempting to use it as a Harmony replacement. I was able to add my receiver for IP control, but my Shield is not detecting correctly. It is detecting as google cast Shield, and when I test it, there are only two buttons that don’t work. I’m sure I’m doing something wrong, but I have no idea what. Any help is appreciated!

  • Restart your Shield, iOS device, and Wi-Fi Router.
  • Try again.
  • Check basic discovery attributes for your network:

  • If all else fails, just add it manually on port 5555 as shown on the Compatibility table:

  • Make sure to enable ADB on your Shield:

It still wouldn’t auto discover, but manually adding after enabling ADB did the trick. Thanks for the help!
