No "Code Sets" option in settings

I need to lear IR commands. Both the setup guide and a SC service tech refer to a "Code sets" setting. — Staff replied: “Learning IR devices is very rare at this point, and more than 75% of the time, users were learning devices when actually the better and more correct codes were already in our library.”

I need to lear IR commands. Both the setup guide and a SC service tech refer to a "Code sets" setting.

I does not exist on the app. am I missing something?

Learning IR devices is very rare at this point, and more than 75% of the time, users were learning devices when actually the better and more correct codes were already in our library. For this reason, the option to learn will be hidden until you add at least one 1 device normally.
