Need Programming help: Dallas

I am looking for someone to help fine tune my roomie setup and programming in the Dallas Area. Any suggestions?

I need to fine tune my controls. Currently controlling Directv, old denon via infrared, Sony smart tv, and 3 different rooms. I think my control of the denon, Directv, Sony tv is clunky, particularly switching from Directv to streaming on the Sony tv. Also, would like to use the same source (music) in more than 1 room from just one control if possible.

Also, can probably delete old things I do not use and lower my roomie subscription.
