I inadvertently created a new device in the wrong room. Unfortunately I learned all the new cmds there as well. — Staff replied: “Learned commands are not connected to a room. Question 2013-03 · older version

I inadvertently created a new device in the wrong room. Unfortunately I learned all the new cmds there as well. Short of manually editing the config file or learning all the cmds again, is there a way to "move" it to the correct room?

Thanks,

Z

Learned commands are not connected to a room. They're global to your entire configuration. You can just add the device in a different room and your learned command set will be there.

Thank you.
