The IR codes for Motorola VIP series (Cable) doesn't work for Motorola VIP 1920-9C, is it possible for you to add to the library or do I need to recreate the whole remote?

Have you tried basic resolutions steps per the FAQ:

We'll look into whether there's another way to get the codes if they're new.

yes, didn't work. so I had to learn the command one by one. I don't rule out the possibility that my device is a bit specialized for my cable vendor though...
