I have just switched network routers and am reconfiguring all devices under new network. — A member replied: “from a computer, can you Ping the Itach at it's IP address? When you installed the new router, did you set-it-up as the same IP as old one or at least on the same subnet? In uPnP on ?”

I have just switched network routers and am reconfiguring all devices under new network. The Itach WF2IR was successfully set up on network thru the ip protocols and is blinking green(showing online). The SimpleControl app shows the device on the setup list. I then assign a device to the IR # then test remote, the result is the blaster does not blink and the commands come thru in red. So the commands are not getting thru. Any idea on how to rectify this?
As a note, I had the itach working well with old (netgear) network routers.
