All of my components are in the basement. I am thinking i can put two ipach's in the basement to control everything. I have ran 3.5mm m/f cables up to each room to be able to send IR signal up to the televisions in 3 different rooms, in lengths of 50 and 75 feet from the component room in the basement.

Will the ipach have the strength to send the IR signals up to the 3 rooms and power the TV's on/off over that distance from the component room in the basement?

Those lengths are fairly normal. As long as they're independent ports on the iTach there should be no issue.
