Interested in the Hue Motion Sensor, but first I'd like to know how well it's supported by Simple Control. The Hue app has a slider to enable/disable the slider. At a minimum I'd like to be able to include commands in an activity, say "Watch TiVo" for instance, that allows me to enable/disable the sensor at the start/end of the activity.

Good question. Did you figure it out?

I'm trying to do essentially the same, but get an empty "Choose Characteristic" list when trying to add a command to an Action that involves a Hue motion sensor or switch. Strange when you can set lamp characteristics without a problem.

i think this is a hue limitation, it will only share information on its bulbs with other apps. motion sensors , switches ect all have to paired with a different hub to get other application to see them.
