In short

I'm trying to add my Evohome system to my remote, however it's saying Username and Password not recognised? If I click t — Staff replied: “Anything like this should go to support not the forums. (So that this isn't theoretical.) There are some non-US models that are not included in Honeywell's IP control. Support can figure that out.”

If I click through the forgot my password link to the actual website, I can sign in fine.

Maybe because it's going to tccna.honeywell.com rather than international.mytotalconnectcomfort.com?

Anything like this should go to support not the forums. (So that this isn't theoretical.) There are some non-US models that are not included in Honeywell's IP control. Support can figure that out. Honeywell is aware of it.
