When I select a show(say channel 406) from the guide it displays on the screen and you see it input 4-0-6 but it does no — Staff replied: “Sounds like you may need a different Switching Style. If you tap the gear icon at the top of the Guide, then tap Guide Setup at the top, you will see two Switching Styles. If you switch to the other one, it should work.”

When I select a show(say channel 406) from the guide it displays on the screen and you see it input 4-0-6 but it does not change the channel. Only if I punch the number in on the created roomie remote will the channel change. Please advise
