If I wanted to give a guest user.. Where must they go in order to create a simple control account? Is it the store? foru — Staff replied: “Under "Create an Account". Thank you.”

I'm not the OP but I was wondering the same thing so created two users and tried to invite them (I have a MultiHome license) and for both email addresses I get a notification saying "The user [[email removed]](mailto:[email removed]) does not have a Simple Control account" but they both do and they both received the "Welcome to Simple Control" emails. I even tried to login as both but didn't help.
They need to log into the app as well before you can add them.
