I currently have the device set up with an IR blaster. I have been having some difficulties because it does not have dis — Staff replied: “Looks like a duplicate of this thread: The important piece is verifying the port it uses. Many tools available for that including one just a few threads back.”

I currently have the device set up with an IR blaster. I have been having some difficulties because it does not have discreet on / off commands. So I read that IP control is available for the on/off commands.
I have hard wired the projector to my LAN. It has an established IP address and I have turned on the Control4 setting as I had read in other threads. However when I search for a new device to add in the Roomie app it does not appear. And when I try to enter it manually via IP address it also does not work.
Can anyone talk me through the steps of how to make this work?
