I am having trouble downloading code sets - my ipad does not have any code sets downloaded (0/15). — Staff replied: “The time on your iOS device is incorrect. It must be within 15 minutes of correct world time or codeset downloads fail.”

I am having trouble downloading code sets - my ipad does not have any code sets downloaded (0/15). I tap "Update code sets", wait 30 seconds and then reset my ipad but still no luck. the date for the update code sets is Jan 29, 2016.

I have an iphone with simple control, and that has all the code sets downloaded.

Any ideas? :question:
