I have several clients using Roomie-they love it.

Is there a way for me to link multiple instances to the same dropbox?

Say a client adds a new piece of equipment and needs their remote updated. I could pull down their configuration to my ios device, make the change and back it up. Is this possible?

Sure, just use the same Dropbox account on all of the devices you want to share configurations.

Here is the scenario. I have 5 distinct clients each having their own equipment and configurations. I want to be able to update each unique configuration remotely. How can I have 5 different people and configurations tied to the same dropbox?

You need to establish a Dropbox for each client of course. You wouldn't share one between clients.
