DCH3400 - no channel change from guide

In short

If I punch in the numbers on the remote, the channel changes correctly, but in the guide, for less than 4 number channel — Staff replied: “Sounds like you want to switch to the Zero Prefix channel switching style. That setting is located in Guide Setup.”

If I punch in the numbers on the remote, the channel changes correctly, but in the guide, for less than 4 number channels, the numbers just appear and the channel doesn't change. Is there a setting to add an enter command or add opening zeroes? Auto-tune is set in my cable box.

Sounds like you want to switch to the Zero Prefix channel switching style. That setting is located in Guide Setup. Scroll to the top of the Guide on iPhone to find the gear icon or just tap the gear at the top right on iPad to access Guide Setup.
