Hello, I just bought an iTach with Roomie remote to replace my broken pronto. — Staff replied: “Roomie already contains all the infrared codes for that receiver. You don't need to add them manually. Just select Receiver->Pioneer->VSX Series All Models.”

Hello,

I just bought an iTach with Roomie remote to replace my broken pronto. I have the code for VSX-820 in pronto code but it does not work with the Roomie/iTach. Am I missing something? I have gone to pioneer's page to get the codes but did not work either. Any information will be greatly appreciated.

Roomie already contains all the infrared codes for that receiver. You don't need to add them manually. Just select Receiver->Pioneer->VSX Series All Models.
